This is a collection of databases created and maintained by the Tulsa County Assessor's Office and the Land Records Department of the Tulsa County Clerk's Office. The Land Records contain information about properties in Tulsa County. Some ownership records in the system date back to 1907 but legal documents (known as instruments) have only been filed in the database since early 1987.

Central Library Research Center and Hardesty Regional Library also have access to TulsaView, an annually-published CD-ROM that combines mapping software with land record information.
